A higher-than-average proportion of Chinabank account holders seem to be tech-savvy compared to account holders of other banks based on Dragonpay's statistics. Anybody with a Chinabank ATM Card can now make payments for online purchases by doing a fund transfer at the ATM and going through the usual online validation process of Dragonpay.
