Dragonpay online payments. Through the
AccessOne eShop facility, making payments for anything from the
hottest deals in town, to your
next Asian vacation can be as simple as logging in using your
RCBC id and password, and authorizing the payment request. Payment is securely completed in seconds.
Dragonpay also supports
RCBC over-the-counter payments for customers with no access to online banking. Provincial customers may pay using this online channel to avoid having to pay the over-the-counter
cash handling fee charged by
RCBC branches outside of Metro Manila.
